This facility has no clue on how the process is done they have to ask eachother on how to process a rental. Aside this its been 3 times that they over charge for things such as fuel when truck is returned with same amount of fuel when pick up. Have had to dispute several times.

Alejandro AVan had food and a balled up t-shirt inside. The cargo was dirty. Covered in wood chips. I had to sweep it before packing my personal items inside. The van had no gas. I told the cashier it had no gas, yet he put it was half a tank and later I was charged gas fees. I was able to sort that out with a uhaul representative. Thank fully I took pictures of everything at pick up.

But this location was so quick and thorough and understanding when I needed an extra day because I ran late to make it storage. My biggest gratitude to Jimmy and staff. Very professional and exceptional customer service.
YANET EDid not want insurance and your web page forced it in the aggreement. Very dissatified with Customer Service. When I called to complain about this issue , they brushed me off, saying there was nothing that could be done. Will problable never rent from UHaul again. Total insurance scame.

MICAH MMargarita and Jimmy were very helpful and professional. Margarita walked us through the check-in process and were able to get on the road to our destination fairly quickly. Jimmy was very attentive in closing the rental. I had to call because I still needed it the following day. They were very accommodating and were able to meet my needs. I recommend working with them.

OSMANY FA little more transparency as to how billing works would be great. It's not nice when you rent it and they estimate $50 and then the bill comes back at $250.

Ronaldo AThis was not the original location I reserved . Location was switched on me by customer rep last minute and turned out to be far which cost me more mileage and gas.I was never refunded the $50 for switching my location. The truck was extremely dirty inside full of feathers and dust .
Lilian Fas of today I still have not received my bill telling me how much I paid. They tried to charge for damage protection even though I did not request it. I made the reservation for this truck at 1 PM at 184th st. and 27 ave.I waited until 3.30 before I call the district office where they found a truck for me at a different location. this was a very bad experience

alberto rMy pickup was scheduled for 4 pm they called me and made me pick up at 2pm so when I actually returned my truck it was at 4 pm so I was charged an extra day which is not fair at all. I had to work and couldn’t drop off until 4 that’s the reason I rented at 4 but they insisted I pick up early and never advised me I would be charged if dropping off at 4. Bad service!!!

reina cThe lady behind the counter was very nice but not knowledgeable about the process of turning in the truck that I had already reserved. I'd definitely will not come back again. It took them around 30 minutes to get my reservation right and give me the truck. After the manager clocked in, she was able to assist but I even had to help her moving out a truck and a car, that is for sale, which were in front of my truck. That is not my job. They should've had it ready in front of all other cars/trucks so the customer, my self, did not have to do this work and get delayed with my moving plan.

analie aNot swipe cust. credit card multiple times and then ask him if the crdit card is international one and then ask for another credit card and then tell the customer that the system has been acting up since "yesterday". If you know your "system" has problems, dont make it look like is the cust. crdit card having a problem. I felt really uncomfortable when he kept swiping my crdit card again and again, maybe 4 or 5 times. He then called me when Im already driving to ask me for the credit card number again because when he swiped, it didn't go through. Really??? while I'm driving a 3 ton truck on the highway you call me to get a crdt. card number....... Wow, that takes the cake. UHaul, this is not a merchant for you. Get rid of him. Bad news.
