Hello, after a while it's good to lubricate the locks and ignition cylinder, door hinges on the vehicle(s) do to weathering and day to day usage of the vehicles, so it won't make unnecessary noises and prevent malfunctioning and wear and tear!, I'm glad to help out to mild maintenance of the vehicle(s)!., Just to keep in mind!, Give a helping hand to U-Haul rentals after a while to make great relationship(s)!., Thank You, A Happy Customer, Ron.

When we first went into the location, the employee told us both vehicles were booked and unavailable and said we had to go to the next town over. However, the Uhaul website said the vehicles were available here and they were not available at the other location. Few minutes later, we booked the vehicle through the website and returned. The same employee said "oh, you did it thru the app. Here ya go!" and happily gave us the keys. It appears he just didn't want to do the paperwork. This made the whole experience a bit shady and untrustworthy. Luckily this location was right next door to where we needed to use the truck making it convenient.

PHILLIP Mthe app kept glitching, it was far more time extensive than i think it would've been to just go to a normal location and all the extra fees made it far more expensive than when I've had to move in the past. the verification process was odd and not very clear. I also should've had an option to drop it off at a different location closer to where I was moving instead of incurring more charges and having to pay for gas when you're already paying extra every mile is absurd.
Kyla OIt’s like riding in a death trap. Truck was driving like it needs new tires or an alignment. Truck smelled like stale bread and smoke. Could not drive past 30/40 mph and this was with a posted speed of 55mph. I would never rent from this location.

Michael OClerk at location did a great job. Was courteous and very helpful. This truck was reserved well in advance for another location and at the last minute we were redirected to this location. Fortunately the truck was available in Enfield and the clerk got us on the road very easily.
Paul EIt was an excellent experience. Ham, the person at the Food Market, was very efficient and friendly. The equipment was very good - perfect for my needs. A recommendation for this location is to let renters know where the nearest gas station is located, as it took me a lot of driving around to find one that was near the rental location.

Debbie MWent inside due to mobile pickup being an inconvenience. Inside I met a worker (very unprofessional) and the location felt very uncomfortable/creepy. Would never pick up a truck from this particular location ever again. Truck did its job.
Anan DWe found 2 little mice inside of the van. The van was with dust and dirty but when I returned they ask me if I returned clean and full. I call them as soon as we found the Mickey Mouse inside and they never answer the phone I call customer service and I reported. That was nasty I can’t return the van in the moment because I was late for my event. They charge but they don’t keep the vehicles clean and this is very dangerous because you never know if those animals pee inside and people can put their hands on their mouth by accident

I will be doing this regularly. It’s a great way to clean out stuff and do big errands. I already made my reservation for next week for my next rental here.

Donna Pit was convenient to the address I was starting from. The truck looked fine from the outside but was pretty dirty inside. Drinks must have been spilled and the interior had not been cleaned in a lonh while. The transmission on the truck felt like it was slipping and i told the guy when i returned the truck...it seemed to be riding really high on the rpms when it should not have. Disappointed

I had to pay for an extra 20 miles because the Springfield Ma location that I reserved the cargo van from was unable to supply the cargo van Enfield was the closet van available.. I am not happy having to pay for the additional mileage due to know fault of my own. I should be reimbursed for the 20 miles.
Jeanne WAfter loading the truck completely and getting ready to head out the engine would not turn for two hours I called the location over and over again no answer I had to get a ride to purchase jumping cables for this truck in total it died 3 times which delayed my move also they don’t have the furniture dolley but was charged for it Im not satisfied
Filmarie T# 16013954 I was very disappointed with my renal truck. We were moving into our new home and it was absolutely DOWN POURING all day. I understand that the truck might not be fully waterproof, but there was absolutely too much water dripping into the truck. Many of our items got wet and even water damaged. There was so much water dripping onto the “moms attic” we had to put three fully size beach towels down and by the time we got to our destination they were so sopping wet we just had to throw them out. If we did not put these towels down, all of our items would’ve been absolutely drenched when we started driving the truck. We had to put multiple tarps on the bottom of the truck and above or items to try to preserve them the best we could. Like I said, previously, I could understand some dripping, but this was very disheartening and extremely frustrating. Honestly, I was very disappointed and I won’t be using U-Haul in the future.

Yahaira RWe arrived 10min late, but our 15' U-Haul truck was outside waiting. We opted not to do the phone checkin--and just registered our vehicle, taking the Savemove ($14) and SaveTrip ($5.00) options. I have rented a truck in the past from another company that broke down en route, so I wanted to be safe rather than sorry! The gas tank was only 3/8 full, which was a little annoying, but we only filled it once ($80)and returned it a little over that. It was recommended that we take a picture of the mile ticker and gas needle for verification. We registered it for about $50.00, with a 6 hour window, however mileage was added on which brought the bill to $200. The trunk performed well, but there was a little shimmy at higher speeds. Returning the check was easy. I would rent from this location again--it was very convenient from my home!

David AThe gentleman renting me the van was mad at me that UHaul let me reserve the van so I hadn’t input any of my information and when I got frustrated because the cellular/wifi service in his shop was bad and it was taking longer than usual. Was very unclear on what he needed from me and why and I when I showed some frustration he told me next time to do it myself - multiple times. I showed up at 12 and my original return time was 4:00 - I didn’t leave until 12:30 and he tried to tell me I had to have it back by 4 still. Then when we got out to the van, the right door open light was on so my sister and I tried to close the door and then he came out and told us that oh yeah there’s a sensor that needs repair and that all was good to go. Would never rent from here again. Not my fault the website let me reserve it without inputting all the info needed. Had he explained that and dealt with me instead of going back and forth with his customers and not explaining the delay might have been a different review.

Kristi HWhen we pick up the Van - we had to take it to get air in the tires. They were very low and there was an indicator light on for it. Also, when we returned it - apparently it was also supposed to be "Washed" on the outside? The guy at the store was upset that there was "mud" or whatever on the outside of the van. I'm sure there was some dirt, as we did drive it on the highway and it was wet outside after the morning snow melted away. Seems a bit too much for a vehicle needed to be "Washed" before returning it.

The only thing that was a little inconvenient was having to check in and out through the app and take pics of license, odometer, fuel, inside cabin, and in the back upon check out. I thought using the app was just an option for quicker check in but it has to be done in the app. They can’t check you in or out. Then I had to answer the same questions and show I.d. Again because their computer wasn’t showing my check in I guess. Other than that everything else was fine. I chose this site because of it being a nearby location.

john kThe computer at this location was not working and the worker was unable to log on to see our reservation. we had to download the app to get an access code but that was not working. We waited for 45 minutes for her to call the company for help and they couldn’t help. I had to call a number from my phone where someone was finally able to help me. We wasted 45 minutes of our moving day dealing with technical issues.

Paull DWhen I returned the rental I couldn’t find the drop box, turned out it was behind the building. The store was scheduled to open at 7:00, it still wasn’t open at 7:15. There were several people outside waiting for them to open and one was angry and banging on the window and doors. I was concerned for my and my daughter’s safety so we left the van, took the key with me. I retuned at 8:15 and they were open. The woman gave me a hard time about being able to find the key drop and that “a family was scheduled to pick up the van at 8:00 am”. I explained that I wasn’t scheduled to return the van until 4:30 that afternoon and asked how it could be scheduled to be picked up before it’s scheduled return. I would rent a U-Haul again but definitely NOT from this location.
Stacy CI had proof that I had a rental from a specific time period and the UHAUL distributor claimed I actually had it for 2 hours ahead of the time UHAUL confirmed with me. She then mentioned that she would’ve called me to verify earlier but assumed I just canceled the reservation so she didn’t and then just insisted I was 2 hours late. I was still able to get the UHAUL truck thanks to my family explaining everything to her but it was still very stressful especially when I was already stressed about my move already. Please ensure the UHAUL rental distributors have accurate information that the customers are given to avoid such confusion from happening.

Alan MVehicle was not present when I arrived and had to wait more than 20 minutes. I received a dirty van, that had used tissues and a soda bottle on the drivers seat. Even though the right rear sliding door closed, it did not register on the van's electrical system and showed an error while driving. The mobile check-in and check-out process was also terrible.
Adrian GThe van was clean however the window or door had a leak as I could hear air coming in. The location was fine but I wish I had done all the reservations ahead of time. Uhaul was having a problem checking people in so we had to call. It too a while to get everything settled. I had to call back after it was all over as someone misspelled “ Verizon” and so I didn’t get my receipt.
leah sYour computer system needs serious overhaul. You must improve communication with customers regarding how to pay for rentals. You're an old company and need a fresh new business model. Too much confusion and too much timr waiting in the dealership office for your website to work has forced me to use Budget Rental to complete my move in May.
