The origional location transfered my agreement to them, and within 10 minutes I was there and getting the size trailer I needed! Warm and personable, didn't even blink an eye and this last minute rental. Even had some great tips I'd not heard of previously for backing up with a trailer!!

JANICE BI will put all the bad reviews I possibly can EVERYWHERE. I specifically said I was going to bring the van back at night and it's self service drop off, why should I be charged $20?!
Gessica MI had a poor experience with pick up. While getting in my car to go, the owner called me and told me that if I was coming now, he wouldn’t be there. Apparently his son had car problems. He pushed my pick up time back from 8:30 am to 10 am. This was a MAJOR inconvenience. Especially because I had to be out of my apartment my 12pm. Once we arrived we still had to wait on him for an additional 30 mins, as he did not show up on time. No one answered the phone to provide updates. When he finally did show up the truck hadn’t been cleaned so this took even more time. He didn’t have a dolly and I already reserved one. So this ruined the ENTIRE moving experience because we were dependent on that dolly. The owner told me “the first place you need to go is the gas station, the truck doesn’t have a lick of gas”. I’ve rented from Uhaul several times and I have NEVER RECEIVED a truck on EMPTY!

TERESA BThe male owner was very unprofessional. When I arrived at the business, I entered and not one time did he acknowledge me being there. He didn’t speak to me or even ask could he help me with anything. And as a paying customer I felt a way about that. Even though he was having a conversation with someone he could have easily said hold on a minute let me see what this customer needs. He just looked over me. His wife was a little more pleasant than he was.
shantorria nOnly problem I can think of is that one tire was a bald and I told the man I got it from that it was bald and he said it would be okay other than that it was great it fit all my things and it pulled excellent

david WMore clarity about drop off procedure would be helpful. It may have been a short staffing issue, but a nice, specific sign with instructions for drop off would be great.
Tiffany CWe used the "after hours" drop-off process. The location looked very cluttered and uninviting. We were not sure how to secure the equipment in the cargo area of the truck since the truck would be outside the security fence. The truck had a lock attached to the cargo door - we used that lock (which obviously came with the truck, since it was attached) to lock the rear door. The following day, we received a phone call asking us to come remove the lock. It obviously was not our lock as it was attached to the truck. When we explained, the lady yelled that uHaul does not provide locks and then hung up on us when we explained, again, that it was obviously a uHaul lock since it was attached to the truck.
