The Office personnel greeted us and worked with us on your rental . The Mechanic went above and beyond when I couldn’t locate the keys for my car he double checked the cab and he was successful. Found it hidden under the seat a lot of praise to the people at this U-Haul for this store.

MICHAEL MThey did not have strapping available to purchase to tie down my SUV to the toy hauler so I had to drive to another location to purchase. They said they were considering not handling toy haulers in the future because of the growing pains of handling their first - that would be a great disservice to other area customers. They also charged me $30 to load and tie down my SUV whereas that service was free when I unloaded in Fernandina Beach.

MELANIE HU-haul needs to improve your software. This was a one way rental and your system gave me a drop off address in a different city than my residence (nearby but not in the city i live in). A closer dropoff location was available but your sys would not even show it. To U-haul’s credit I was eventually able to drop off the trailer at the nearest location in my city of residence.

JOHN CI was very disappointed that my reservation, which I had made a month earlier was changed from a local Ft. Myers, FL location to Englewood which was 1.5 hours away. It took 3 hours of driving time to pick up this trailer.

JOHN MThe self pickup app is still horrible. Second time I used. First time it took 40 minutes on the phone followed another 25 minutes getting the corroded lock undone. This time waited 25 minutes for a call to verify my identity. Gave up went inside and had them complete. Luckily this site was open on Saturday morning.
