Not unsatisfied by any means and as far as the location it’s rather small and doesn’t have much equipment but at least it’s there. And my rental was clean yes but maintained, no.. the ride was very rough (could be normal but felt as if it might not) the vehicle needs an alignment, vehicle had a hard time shifting making it difficult to accelerate to regular speeds and the ABS system/traction control system doesn’t work. But it did get me to where I needed to go.

There was nobody working in the office. The wait time was long as I had to wait for a man to meet me at the pick up location. This person used a cell phone to complete the pick up process which took time and was inconvenient as we did everything outside. After leaving I had to return to pick up the 6 moving pads as they had not been provided. The woman I spoke with on the phone as well as the man who came to meet me were kind and pleasant to deal with though.

She did very well, it was processed quick!! The truck was dropped off at my hotel, was very well done and the process was smooth, had no issues with the rental.
