From 6/30/25-7/1/25 customer service was extremely unprofessional. Every agent with the exception of John Brooks in Montgomery , Al all others were untrained and didn’t direct me correctly. I am aware Uhaul has independent contractors but I will not recommend Uhaul to a friend.
