We had an issue with our U-Haul truck that we rented from a neighboring rental spot. After trying to reach out to the place we rented from without any help, we drove to this location where we were treated very well even without having rented from them. We had to get our truck returned, but we will be coming to this location to rent instead. It’s no wonder their reviews are so good. Thank you for the help and kind service!!!

PETER EI don’t remember the lady’s name, but she assisted me both days. From my pick up to my return. There was a moment of excitement at one point. I could not find the keys to my U-Haul. I’ve been out over the road driving truck since September. It’s a long stretch. So when I woke up the next day and couldn’t find a couple different items I figured I must’ve left them in U-Haul. Well, I found one item and the other one was the key to the U-Haul, which wasn’t there. This was going to cost me about $350 to get a key cut as well as somebody to come out from the roadside assistance Team. I was provided a spare key that would open the door. To my surprise, I found the key sitting in the cupholder. Lol. I am very grateful and would be happy to do my business at this location again.

Larinda HOn the paper it said it was a 1/2 a tank of gas and it was a 1/4, when my son in law went to let them know she said ok. An he told her we were just putting in a 1/4 and she said ok. I was charged almost 50.00 for gas! NOT COOL

JOSUE MThe Truck we had this time was EXTREMELY GUTLESS. We didn’t have the Truck fully loaded and it could barely go up a slight hill. You guys should probably take a look at the Truck we had. We were Thankful we didn’t have to go far.

Phyllis YAgain, I do not blame the rental drop off location as much as I blame UHAUL. I was called by a UHAUL agent who explicitly advised that I bring the Auto Transport to this specific location. But when I arrived for drop-off, I was told the location did not accept auto trailers, that they did not have room for them. It seemed an act of charity that the uhaul representative at the drop off location accepted the transport to save me from having to take it elsewhere (thank you). But the experience only solidified my disappointment in UHAUL, and cemented my perception that there's no connection between your website, your telephone-based support/coordinating/corporate personnel, and your individual agents on the ground at pick up and drop off locations. The link and continuity between your online reservation systems and local franchises is broken.

ROBERT PYou need to fix the trucks when your location managers requests a repair. There's no reason to leave them in disrepair as the driver side door to the vehicle we rented was totally accessible to anybody with or without a key due to a large piece of the door missing directly under the door handle. If I had to take that truck for a very long move I would have been scared the whole time someone's going to break in and steal the truck ing with my things. The manual window handle was missing a part which made it really difficult to roll it up and roll it down. The manager at the rental place was very helpful, very personable, apologetic and embarrassed about the condition of the truck.
