We declined the insurance it was still put on there, we were told we could pick up by 4:30 at 4:05 They had already closed up luckily we were able to catch her getting into her car.
Chandler EWe had to wait for the people that were to rent the trailer to us to arrive before beginning the paper work. The lights didn’t work so they arranged for us to drive down the road to pick up a new harness and attach it. Not professional at all!
Monty WPrice was 50% higher than quoted online. They don't help you hook up trailer or make sure lights work. Printer didn't work so could not print receipt.

CARL RI didn’t have it very long and didn’t use much gas at all. I put more gas in it then when I got it. So went I did that do y’all reimburse A little bit? I took pictures. I always do.
Carol WMy data was slow on my phone and I did not receive the notification to take photos before leaving the location. That should be a link within the app, like in a curbside pick-up prompt. I had walked inside location to receive assistance and missed it. Great online check in though!! Loved the ease!

kemisha dAfter having the worst experience ever with Uhaul on line booking, I called epic auto on the morning that my truck was not available at first requested location then was not ready at the actual location.. I got a truck!! Epic Auto was amazing. Uhaul Never had a rep contact me the day before to tell me where to get my truck the next day, then on the day I have people waiting to help us move, I get told the truck is at another location but that truck was not there!!!!! The scheduling lady with uhaul told me that trucks are never really guaranteed and that I knew that when I put in my reservation weeks in advance, but they did drop the ball not calling me the day before. I called the uhaul place I originally requested the day before at 4:40 to tell them no one called me to confirm before 5 pm, which she stated well it’s only 4:40! That was at 401 W Marshall in Longview, Tx. And that she didn’t have a truck for me that it would be at 24 outdoor in Longview at noon the next day. I requested 8 am. I call 24 outdoor which he told me my truck was not there the previous people hadn’t brought it back yet. By this time I’m furious, I have no truck and people are waiting. Thank thank thank u to epic auto for helping me!!!!!
