Brenda HThere was no ramp, which was surprisingly shocking. We thought all "trucks" had ramps, which is why we went with it vs a van. it made what we needed it for impossible, so we were unable to pick up the bbq grill. Wasted the use of the rental.

Kelly RU-Haul customer service is bad. Our rental was overheating and they wanted it to leave it parked on a major street overnight with our personal items inside of it. It was blocking a bike lane in front of someone’s house, but didn’t think we needed to move it because it wasn’t blocking the driveway. It was also illegal to park on that major street blocking the bike lane. They wouldn’t have the vehicle fixed until the morning and we were there at 10:00pm. Even the mechanic that came to see the U-Haul said it was unsafe to do the work on a major road.
Gabrielle BI just had to move an upright piano from one structure to another on our property. We were able to pull that off with the 2 furniture dollys I rented. Quick & easy.

Lawrence GVery unhappy with this location. I had a rental for 1pm and my truck wasn’t ready. I had to wait a whole hour for the location to open to even pickup the truck. Why would U-Haul even give me the option to rent through the app and that specific time if I couldn’t get the truck. My whole day had to be pushed back. Very disappointed!!!!

Josha LThere are no gas stations near this locations to fill up before dropping off. I barely used any gas but was charged a $30 fee and for 4 gallons of gas $25. This is excessive.
