First, the gentleman who rented the vehicle was delightful. However, the bait and switch of U-Haul's pricing (19.95 if I stay parked!) is a load of shite. To top it off, any business which makes me download an app to use it, doesn't have a user experience in mind. The self-checkout nature of the transaction upon return left me pissed off after a long day of loading and hauling crap. Having to take photos and follow a long list of prompts was ridiculous and essentially made me do the job of an employee. My motto, is "make it easy to take my money" and u-haul failed at that. You made me jump through too many hoops to take my money. Would have been cheaper to rent a big, nice SUV from Enterprise to do what I needed to do. Next time, I will do just that. To be clear, the gentlemen who rented this couldn't have been more amazing. The problem was U-Haul's greed.

SHERRIE CNeeded a simple move to Burbank and this was close to pick up location.Owner very professional and courteous. Conveniently located and easy in and out. Gas station at the corner makes it simple to gas up before returning. Thanks again for such a seamless process.
