No fault of owners but the trailer reserved for me was not the correct trailer, ordered the trailer 30 days in advance in Macon close to house ,the afternoon before my move while getting things together for my move i received a call telling me I have an hour and 45 minutes to drive 35 minutes to pick up trailer or they will close,,sounds like U-Haul doesn't really give a crap,,,I gave them 30 day notice I get hour and forty five minutes,not to mention had to go across town to get the truck after both were ordered about six blocks from the house and 30 days early

Jason GEasy to use online sign-ups. Had the right truck available on short notice for my move. Counter person was efficient, friendly, and got my truck ready--from saying hello to me driving off--in only 15 minutes. How to improve? Closing at 4pm could be difficult for those with day jobs. Have been using U-Haul for 30 years. Will use them again.
James AThe rental experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. The truck was ready and all the additional items were there and waiting. Check in went quickly and smoothly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The return was just as easy and quick. We reviewed the truck and all was fine. I've used this location before and will continue to use it for any UHaul needs I have have.

Stephen BLots of disconnects with U-Haul instructions for Drop off. Attempts to use the app and to call in for support resulted in several phone hangups and disconnects and redirected calls with about five different people at Customer Support. Overall very stressful day. Felicia at the Forsyth, GA drop location was very helpful and helped me with the drop off process.

Dan BThis was the Bright Spot in my rental. THREE other locations said they had a truck, I had a reservation and didn't have a truck or closed earlier than their posted hours. I would NEVER recommend 2 of them. The third that closed early, I've rented from before and I would still recommend but would recommend renters would CALL BEFORE GOING THERE.

Jason AThe storage needs to be well secured from rodents. The rodents destroyed my new upholstery bed. They ate into it. They destroyed my leather boots eating into it and ate up my important documents . It was a mess in there when I moved everything out.

Kristy YI set a pick up time they called me a hour and half before asking me to pick up early and did not give any instructions on how to check it in because they wanted to leave before hours of closing and no one wanted to come back to check it in also said just to bring it back and just park it in an area that it could be taken. I have use Uhaul for years no problems but I had to look up how to drop off and check in my self.
