The location was fine it was the U-Haul system that was not working and took forever to process and get me the truck. The people were nice and patient but I’m very disappointed in U-Haul and will not be using the service again.

Whatever computer problem caused the hour long delay at pick up - fix that. Offer to adjust the drop off time accordingly. Some kind of rebate, probably. I would also recommend that the customer records the mileage and gas regardless of pick up/drop off option selected.
