When dropping off the uhal I was charged for being 2 hours late. I was never told that there was a late fee when I picked up the uhal if did not returned by 8 am. I was just told that it was due on Sunday the location opened from 8-5pm to turn it in before they closed. If I was told that there was a late fee if no there by 8am. I would have been there since 7:45am. Lack of information made me pay extra.

An absolute dump. U-Haul should be ashamed to send a customer there. Also, I'm disputing the charges as I was charged double what it cost me last year for the same rental??

The truck was flithy. It had cat pee in the cab and the back of the truck we had to sweep it out and scrub it but it still smelled horrible! When you turned the heat on it was a gross stink of cat pee. Totally unacceptable

For Salton City it was pretty good. Those guys are always helpful.

This location was the alternative location. The reason why I went here is because the first location in Cathedral City forced me to. They lost my rental and they did not have any replacement. I placed the reservation 1 month early to avoid problems and after waiting over an hour at their location, they forced me to drive 50 miles to away (to Thermal) to get another truck because there was no other truck available. I have to drive 2 hours to get my truck back to my house just to start loading(the f*** location was 2 f***hours away) and delayed my moving by 5 hours and I was on a tight schedule because I had to drive from Palm Desert to Monterey. I ended up driving until 3.30 am in the morning. I also reserved movers through Uhaul and because of that I lost a lot of money because I wasn't able to respect the schedule and of course Uhaul did not refund the money I lost on the movers. This company it's a scam. Never more!!!!

the truck I had was DC1738. It was clean but after I got on the road, I discovered the steering was not working correctly. I was wandering all over the road; the steerihg wheel had 3-4inches of play. while attempting to stop at stop sign, required me to 'pump the break pedal 4 times just feel like the truck was stopping. I was stopped by the highway patrol as She felt I may have been an imparied driver. (Her concern was safety & welfare) I believe this truck should be retired from service. I did notiy the station manager who indicated he would have the truck tended to.
