- the mobile site was so slow to load it wouldnt allow me to log in, i tried for 20minutes before calling. They told me i could just go into the gas station for keys - instructions should have been given ahead via email for mobile pickup options as such - the process if giving 2 phone numbers of people we know seemed strange and without purpose. - the “before leaving the lot..” link sent over text also would not load - truck was clean and in good condition, but started with a quarter tank of gas - upon arrival we asked the gas tenant if we should fill up. He said he would take care of it, but he didnt tell us he would be charging a $30 service free. He also charged us 30 cents more for the price of gas - other than the truck being clean and in good condition, this was a very bad experience

Faster pick up and drop off
Randy BTotally Scam, I never asked for CDW coverage, and I filled more than enough fuel still i was charged for low fuel, I have proof, I took pictures of fuel meter still being charged. Very Disappointed.
