The truck was dirty when I got in it. Not overly gross, but certainly wasn't clean and had juice or something spilt on the inside.
CODY JI had reserved a 10 foot truck at the Hagersville location. When I went to pick it up, they only had a cargo van for me, even though I had the confirmation for a 10 foot. So my choices were take the cargo van, or drive to Jarvis to pick up a 15 foot truck they would give me for the price of the 10 foot. OK. So I drove to the Esso location, and the woman behind the counter was not trained on the computer, and had little idea how to get the truck to me. She had someone face timing on the phone. It took about 45 minutes for me to finally get the truck. I doubt I’ll ever use them again. Very disappointing.
Jen TVery efficient drop off location, I have never moved on a one way trip before and this was my first time dropping off to a small dealer location. The instructions were clear and the space at this drop off location very easy to drop off the truck out of the way of any entrances and exits. The key drop box was easy to locate and well maintained.
Nicole SI booked a truck from a site for a one day rental of 29.99. I was contacted within 30 minutes of booking and told that there would not be a truck available from that site so I could go to an alternate site and for the inconvenience I could pick it up the afternoon before (Friday at 3pm until Sunday at 9am) and I would not be charged for the first 100 miles. I arrived at the pick up site at 3pm 3 days after an ice storm. I tan the truck in the parking lot for 1 hour trying to scrape the 2 inches of ice off so I could safely drive away. The store staff did offer me his broken ice scraper (so thoughtful). When I returned the truck on Sunday the balance came to $289.00. I questioned it because I was expecting $29.99. After an hour of phone calls I paid the $289 and had to file a formal complaint. I was told I would hear from a representative within 2 business days. I called again after 5 business days of not hearing from them, a which point I was told it would be up to 7 business days. Finally I heard from an arrogant man who said he would credit me $150 but it could take up to 2 months! Never again!!!!
