ANTONIO SWomen who runs this PU place is mean, does not know what she is doing, tells the customer to take pictures of their drivers license and Credit card to have the trailer released to them. She will not DO ANYTHING to help the customer. Will not connect up the trailer, will not do a safety check on the trailer and can use the computer to update vehicle information. She will not give you her Wi-Fi info. to facilitate you doing your own sign in (her job in the 1st place), bottom line is I spent 1.5 hours to rent a trailer. I had movers waiting for me at $150 per. hour (3 helpers). I received a credit of $50 for my costs of $150 and the aggravation of trying to get my trailer from the lady at U-Haul. She said just leave and forget it, but I had workers waiting and needed the trailer! NEVER AGAIN, I have rented form U-Haul several times, but after this experience I will look elsewhere!

ROBERT FThe whole experience was -10/10. Multiple calls to customer service moving on the hottest day of the year had to travel to a far location because of the company’s mistake for not assigning us a U-Haul. When we got the U-Haul from the other location the lady said there was a dolly in the U-Haul and there was not one and we had to go buy one and return it in order to move. Customer service gave the run around and we still got charged for the extra mileage and the dolly that we never received. I am requesting that someone call me back to deal with this.

Geronimo BThis location is ran by a very sweet old lady, but she is not very good when it comes to dealing with the computer. I ended up having to do the whole rental process with some other U-Haul rep over her telephone. On the positive side, the truck given to me was ready to go and clean.

Antonio AWhen I went to go pick up my truck, The person in charge told me that they had been vandalized into double check the gas. She said it was at a quarter of a tank, When I went three blocks it went down to an eighth of a tank. I then loaded my stuff at my home and drove to my storage unit to load the rest of the truck. After I loaded the truck I filled up the tank with gas. On the way home my husband said the gas was pouring out of the gas. When we got home we saw that 1 of the pieces were broken and the gas was just pouring out. I took pictures of the gas coming out of the tank is Wells. Draining down the street. We then called roadside assistance and they came out to fix it. The gentleman agreed with us that it wasn't safe to drive, I then called to get a replacement truck and was told there was nothing that they could do I had to wait until the office opened at 9 o'clock the next morning. I am now a day behind on my trip, I'm out of money for gas that spilled out of the truck on the way home and down the street. I then went to the rental office the next day thank got a car holler to bring an extra car just in case the truck broke down again. I did this because I did not feel safe driving the truck with 2 boys on my own all the way out to Idaho from California. When I returned from our trip, I had my son return the truck and trailer because I had a medical procedure done. The owner then harassed, my son telling him that he needed to take the truck to go get gas. The truck was only shy by an eighth of a tank. But that is how much I had when I got 3 blocks when I first rented the truck. I then called the manager and spoke with him. And he called her and told her not to charge me for the gas. She wanted $6.89. A gallon plus an additional thirty dollar inconvenience fee. I then called the manager back. And he called her and let her know that that was not gonna be necessary. He then closed out my ticket himself and charge my credit card himself. The only good thing about this whole situation is that he gave me a credit for two hundred and fifty dollars for the gas that I lost. This whole situation has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will not ever use your company again unless it's a last resort. Considering everything that I had to go through, being a day late on my trip and extra hotel costs, which through me into a day late returning, I did not receive any other discount or credits for my mileage, the hassle, where the complications that were not in my control and were part of your company's situation. As a business owner, her knowing that the truck had been vandalized, and continues to be vandalized, it is her responsibility to ensure that the trucks are running and not damaged before renting them out. It is also her responsibility to ensure that the trucks have gas and have no issues whatsoever. Her trucks are very dirty, have a lot of damage to them on the bodies, and run really rough. It is her responsibility to make sure that her equipment is returned properly where she wants it on her property. When my son returned the truck and did tow dolly, she had my son unhook the today's himself, lift it up, and move it where she wanted it. She then had him move the truck and repark it where she wanted him to. That is not my son's responsibility or should it be required for him to do so! This whole situation has left a very bad taste in my mouth is well and my family's mouth, cost me a whole day's worth of moving, extra day of hired help, and an extra day at the hotel. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service from the owner of this facility and the resolution that was given to me. I should have been offered a discount on mileage or the rental considering everything that has happened. I will not be renting from Uhaul again especially from this location.

Juana FWhen we first got there, the smell of the office smelled like a kitty cat litter box did the lady that was helping us. She was so rude. She didn’t welcome us or nothing. She had a hateful tone and when we had asked her if we could get the 15 feet truck because that’s what we ordered online. She stated that it was broken down rudely, she just has horrible customer service and I would not recommend her office at all. If I could I would ask if I could get a refund.

hugo aRental fee 39.95 /. Miles $1.09 mile. I was i bit short on the Gas when rented. I was charge $74 dollars for that. One gallon of gas would have taken it to the level I rented it at. I couldn’t return the uhaul at my previous day and time. Because the location closed at 4. I was told to take the truck home and return the next day at 9am. That forced me to out miles and use gas for something I did not want. I just needed the truck for 8hrs but was forced into 24hrs. So you think that could have been compensated for not being able to return on the scheduled time and day.

Angie MThis place is a pigsty. It’s filthy and Reeks of cat urine. The old lady is horrible , vulgar and nasty to deal with. She doesn’t have the faintest idea what she is doing . I rent from U haul a lot and this place is the worst ever . I will never rent from u-haul again if I have to go deal with her . U-haul should go do a surprise visit on her . Cierra SCustomer Service person Francis was not friendly, and that was putting things nicely. She said when I walked in for my 2pm reservation, "I'm closing at 5pm!" I said: "It's only 2:45pm"... she was confused. In my opinion, its time to maybe ask her to retire.
