There were multiple issues. The lights won’t go off on the interior, sometimes the exterior too (although I got the exterior ones off finally as I returned it). The key would get jammed in the ignition too, and with that plus the electric issues, I did not feel confident driving it. This impacted my usage. I also do not agree with the charges. I was told I would be called to discuss them today and no one called. Last time this happened you all took weeks and so many hours of my time. Awful experience. You need to give me money back and contact me about this.

This place is a hidden gem. I'm scared to even share this excellent review because it won't be hidden for very long. And also, the owner is exceptionally gracious and not stiff the typical counter workers you encounter at Uhaul. Great choice for a Uhaul moving truck!

megan cI really appreciate this location and the owners. I have rented a uhaul from this location 4 times now for moving and honestly I prefer it to any other. The owners are kind and can sort out any computer problem you might have. The trucks are clean and well maintained. I honestly only want to work with this location because I like them and they make it easy
