Improve on handing over.
Duncan MDidn’t ask to see contract, just wanted to get the key. Truck was returned a day early. Nothing said about that. Seemed cold and impersonal. Did not speak nor understand much English.
ANN CIt wasn’t my original location and communication with the staff was poor. I was given a truck with no gas in it and that should never be the case when renting out equipment
ZACHARY UHave the Uhaul person there when there is a reservation. Had to convert to self dispatch because they weren't there just the clerk of the gas station. The Uhaul person just assumed I was self dispatch so they didn't show up. Had problems with the self rental and was there over an hour. That is why I don't do self dispatch. I did not chose this location my res was moved there. The person there was nice just spoke little English so that made it more difficult. More training there would definitely help.

Charles PThe truck had garbage in the back and there was no gas in it. The guy behind the counter didn't know what he was doing and wouldn't give us the keys. We eventually had to call customer service to talk to him. After about 40 minutes he finally handed over the keys but only after the representative called him. There was another person who came in that had a truck reservation but they didn't have it there. The guy behind the counter again was not helpful at all and she left. This place should not be associated with u-haul, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Nathan CThe attendant at the Shell station would not give us the key to the U-Haul. We made a reservation the day prior. The pick up instructions said to see attendant for key. You cannot finish the check-in process without verifying the gas and mileage, which you need a key for to access the odometer. I had to speak with the attendants boss in order to get the key to U-Haul. The attendants need a verification process (other than calling or texting their boss). A scanning kiosk or a verification system for the attendants would be helpful. Upon return, there is no drop box for the key as indicated on the instructions. There is a disconnect between the online instructions and the actual process. I will not pick up from this location again.
David LIt was an easy transaction however I never signed anything, and got way overcharged!! I would never come here again. The truck stunk of cigarettes and had ash all over the dash. It says will charge you $30 if the gas is below a 1/4 and it wasn't but they still added that on plus a safety charge which i had declined coverage to. Literally moving with my last dollars and to pay $167.00 is not right. Other locations have not been like this. Beware!

michael hIt’s a shell gas station and the person working didn’t know what to do to help me with drop off whatsoever . I ended up calling uhaul for help and the person on the phone was helpful. But it made me feel uncomfortable dropping off there. If I have to drop off or pick up again, I wouldn’t choose this location at all. There are many more neighborhood dealers nearby

Jeremy BI set this reservation up with uhaul corporate for my company so that there would be no issues, what do we have, multiple issues, over 5 different associates working in on it, constantly changing days, rates, even though I have all paperwork from original locked in rates, zero help, one of the two locations double charged me, one location was smart and friendly enough to take care of it as the Lynnwood tried to charge me 70& extra, when I have proof and paperwork , not satisfied and will be calling soon.

MIKHAIL AWent to original location and truck was not available. As with last rental, Uhaul communication was non-existent. If you plan to stay in business, you need to to revamp communication and customer support. Second rental with unacceptable performance. Uhaul is a disgrace and needs serious changes in overall management.
WILLIAM JThe cashier is not knowledgeable to answer question and kept me waiting for almost 15 mins before I got the key. He made calls then got disconnect and there were times he didn’t answer me after I asked him about the status. This overall experience was not good and I was not happy about it. The whole check in process should be very straightforward not keep customer waiting
YI-LING PNo one was available for my 9 am appointment, & no one at the business there knew anything about the Uhaul employee or how to reach them.
Jose RI dropped off my truck 15 minutes ahead of time. Half-an-hour later, I get a call telling me I haven’t returned my truck yet. I explained that it had been returned, and the agent obviously had no idea. I’m really disappointed in Uhaul’s service. I will not be using them again.
