Back of the truck had bags of fast-food trash and looked like someone hauled dirt. I cleaned out the truck.

COLLEEN VI now have 2 huge oil stains in my driveway from the rental. The rental also struggled to start everytime. The rental did get the jon done. Im sure that if I went and did some kind of permanent damage to the rental I would have to compensate for it. Just like the stains on my driveway they should be compensated.
LEON CI had to do the online check in when I returned the truck (due to the staff being at lunch.). It was a bit annoying to have to keep going back out to the truck to take pictures of this and that. Telling customers about this process upfront (either in person or at the beginning of the online process) would be helpful.

Alejandro CFrustrated when Uhaul called me 30 min before my pickup time to cancel my reservation messing my plan. Fortunately this place was able to help me out. Definitely very poor rate for Uhaul.
