The clerk was amazing, very nice. However conveience comes at a cost. Its crazy at how much we were charged. 500 to move something an hour away.... it is a bit ridiculous. This has no reflection on the clerk himself. Just the overwhelming price.

The people at this location are wonderful. However, the 10' truck that was issued to us didn't have cruise control, electric widows or locks, or a loading ramp. I have rented quite a few U-Haul trucks in the past that had these features -- especially the ramp!!! -- so I was very surprised and disappointed. When I did the online reservation, I requested to pick up the truck at a location near my house, but then the dispatcher called and said I had to pick it up here instead. This location is okay, but is several miles further from my house. I am surprised that U-Haul can't -- or won't -- move a truck from one location to another. This sounds like a need for a stronger emphasis on customer service.

An inspection of the equipment before I leave. The tow Dollie’s lights weren’t working and I didn’t know they had lights but had a proper inspection been done, then there would have been no issue. Then it was a huge issue getting a new dolly.

I don’t know issue with location or U-Haul but I reserved mover helpers for next day via U-Haul. Yet I was charged additional day even before the movers arrived.

Excellent customer service! This location went out of the way to provide great customer service. They stayed late on a Friday Night past location hour due to a service failure at another local dealer (a location I will no longer use) I will be conducting business at Everything for Everybody moving forward. U-Haul Customer Service did an amazing job finding us another working piece of equipment the same day!

Quick and friendly. As far as U-Haul in general, you have gotten ridiculously overpriced. The “Bait and Trap” pricing is over shadowed by mileage 5 times the price. Been using UHaul for over 50 years and I guess it’s time to stop although it’s inline with the greedy, worldly times we live in! For what I spend in UHaul trips, I could own a truck of my own!

I could not pick up the truck at the time I requested, which sent me back by three hours. I finally did get somebody on the phone after the first customer service person was unhelpful which found another truck at the same location that I could use to complete my move.

My only concern was that the lady I picked up from was not there when I went back. There was a man on the premises that I was uncomfortable leaving the truck with. He signed for delivery so I assume all was okay. Just made me uneasy.
