They charged me for gas when I left the truck at same as when I got I’ll never use that place again what a rip off I’ll be filing a complaint in morning

Pick up location was wrong, customer support was useless and did not help move it to correct location. Did not give any money back for inconvenience. Then had 2 references needed for rental that I did not need for my last rental. The previous person who uses the truck left items in the back. Just awful experience

I attempted to call letting them know I would be an hour late. There was an automated system and then an in-person answering service. I never received any call backs and never got information back. I delivered the truck with more fuel (filled up the tank) and will admit that I was about an hour and 40 minutes late. Once again, the business was closed and there was no one that would have picked the truck up from the property since I dropped it off. The managers decided that I should still be charged for the services. I will never be doing business with Uhaul again unless the 40 dollar fee along with the 15 safe move be refunded to my account. I'll refrain from using it for my business as well which I know you won't care but know you lost a life-long customer over 55.00

Trouble with the pictures not loading. Website would not allow to use my camera on my phone. When it did come up the screen was black but still in picture mode. It got frustrating and I had a whole lot of work ahead of me.
