I called in advance to confirm the dropoff location and was told it was correct but that is have to leave the keys in the drop box. There were no clear instructions at the location and no staff available for questions, so I took pictures on my dropoff. Several days later I got a text saying if I didn't call I'd be reported for left. The location never checked the vehicle and trailer in which again caused hardship.
NADIA AIt was a remote location not the main UH location.
DAVID LEverything was great except for the cost. It cost us over $400 to take a 15' truck from Scarborough to Auburn and back twice. I have rented U-Hauls in the past, and I don't remember it ever costing nearly this much. If I ever move again I will definitely explore other options, because that's a lot of money to move just 37 miles (while doing all the lifting yourself).
