Truck was dirty both inside and out. The equipment I reserved to help with my move was unavailable so I had to spend time contacting U-Haul and driving to another location to pick up the equipment.

JEAN AEmployee working front desk was incredibly rude and short with us, the truck was damaged in several places, and my reservation was screwed up and sent to a location almost 40 minutes out of the way. Get your shit together.

Dan SI am very upset with how this location treated my husband. There was a simple misunderstanding between us and the Austin location where we picked up the truck. She told us we had an extra day and she was able to get us a drop off location closer, so when we didn't have to return the truck originally at 5pm, I thought it meant an extra day for free meant the same time. We ended up dropping the truck off at 11:30 ish apparently 3 hours from what was scheduled and they ended up charging us an extra day. My husband was very upset and the lady said there was nothing she could do. My husband and I move a lot and we always use U-haul, but after this experience we will take our business elsewhere. I don't think $60 was worth losing a valuable customer, especially a misunderstanding and it only being 3 hrs late.

The truck was perfect for the size I needed and was immaculate! It was easy to get into, to drive and to operate the back door and lock. Horrible service for a guaranteed rental from 16949 n Eldridge ste 770. 8 am pick up but truck was not available when I was Uber’ed to the location. Store was supposed to open at 9 am but worker didn’t show up for work that day.

Frederick REquipment is fine. But there's always all these little hoops that you have to jump through. I had a reservation for locations A & B and it's set and ready to go. They end up changing it everytime! Ended up using location's X & Y. Why would you allow me to reserve the first set if you know the location wasn't going to be available? Also I reserved a 1 way trip and at the end they were like "should have read the fine print, we're charging miles as well"... Frustrating

CINDY CI recently rented 3 twenty foot trucks to use in last month moving our belongings from Spring to Weatherford and was extremely impressed with comfort, handling and gas mileage with each truck. I hope I never have to move again but thanks for making the journey more pleasing.
David SI was a little upset that my reservations got changed without my knowledge. I was trying to go local which was 5 minutes from my house we contacted the storage property they said they had the unit and according to them we were supposed to go there the morning before somebody changed me to a Tomball location which was 15 minutes away from my house and then when I got there they didn't even have the truck so I had to drive to another location which was 5 minutes away so instead of having something that was 5 minutes from my house I didn't have to drive 20 minutes away due to somebody moving my reservations that was not me.
Jason WThe check out process was a little cumbersome. For some reason my phone wouldn’t recognize where I was and wouldn’t let me proceed. I tried to call customer service and was told there was a 45 minute wait. I selected chat “for an immediate response” and there was a 20 minute wait. Ultimately customer service was of no help. I was finally able to get the check out to work, but it took about 30 minutes. Just let me return the truck. If I returned it to the wrong location, that’s on me. It was kinda ridiculous that I couldn’t just verify where I was and proceed with the check out without having to geo locate.
Jerry WWhen we unloaded truck, movers noticed several of our boxes were wet ! They noticed a badly patched hole in the overhead, over cab of truck. Some of our belonging were ruined. We did a exam of the outside but not the inside.

John WPlease stop double booking your trucks as I almost did not get the truck that I had paid for with my credit card and made a previous reservation. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. The staff at that location are excellent.
MARK WThe key lock box door was rusted and it was difficult to open it
Jai MI had an awful experience trying to log in to Uhaul for the return of the truck. I attempted to put the keys in the key box, but none of the keys on my uhaul key ring fit the return box. I ended up having to leave the keys under the driver's seat and had to call and leave a message about where the keys were located.
VICKI GInternet connection was a little slow but the lady at the desk was very helpful and patient. Excellent customer service will use them again.
JOE TPenny is very nice and helpful to us, she make us feel relax during the renting and return of the truck, ease off the extra pressure of moving that we don't need, thanks again Penny and have a Happy New Year.
