TOM CListed phone number was unresponsive. I think I was overcharged because they did not answer the phone. Closed on Sunday but told there was no extra charge to drop on Monday
ERIC A2 different cards declined for payment. I wasn't told that the facility was closing early. Had to call the main number for drop off instructions. I was told to leave the trailer in front of the gate. Didn't receive a final email for over 24 hours. I will most likely not use this location in the future. Also note that the person in charge Didn't do a prewalk with me to note damage prior to hookup.

Beau RMore signage for entry and path to office may be an improvement for your average customer. Customer service was excellent. Equipment was great. I would absolutely recommend this simple location over a fancy office and a tight parking lot.

Fred MThat 5x9 w/ramp trailer should be re-hitched or discontinued. It is an awesome size with a big ramp, but I have now had it pop off my hitch on two separate occasions from two separate locations on different trucks with different hitches. What that tells me is that your screw-on hitch doesn't work or doesn't stay tight or your employees don't know how to use them, though the guy that installed this trailer certainly seemed to know what he was doing. On the plus, my chains were installed correctly both times and the trailer worked excellently when it was attached to my vehicle.

Michael SThe location was closed when I showed up, which was around 330pm. Luckily there was someone at there personal vehicle that worked there, I talked with.

Mark PThe only thing I would suggest is to add a lift. Difficult to pickup and mount on hitch when U-Haul is full. All else was great!
phillip sSignage needed. Office is hidden inside a tire facility, upstairs. Hard to locate.
Carl DDirt over the floor of the trailer. Location did not have moving pads that reserved with the trailer. Owner of the business was pleasant and efficient. He could not do anything about the moving pads except to have me call 1800 UHAUL. Waste of time. I went to three other uhaul businesses before I found pads. This was an unnecessary and inconvenient waste of my time.
