BARBARA DThis is obviously just a side job to make extra money for this location. I showed up right at opening for the business and had to wait 10 minutes while the owner talked to his friend outside. He never acknowledged myself or the two other parties that were there for a pickup. After unlocking the door he goes into the back without saying a word to anyone. Another 10 minutes go by and he finally comes out and asks if I'm here for a U-Haul pickup. At this point he seems annoyed and makes the entire process uncomfortable. He asks if I ll be back the same day, I said yes. He said he closes at 4PM on Saturdays and if im not back by then I'll get charged another two days rental because he wont be back in until Monday morning. When I brought the truck back he told me that he was too busy to check me in and to just leave the keys on his desk and he would finish later. Definitely would not recommend this location again.
brian mChecking the equipment out from a person is much easier than the online system. I like the fact that there is an online system - that is how I checked back in. Just easier to work with a human than the computer system. Keep working it.

Larry HWhen going in to rent the U-Haul the person barely spoke a word and did not let us know what is expected out of renting the truck. When getting in the truck there was a notification on the dash saying there was low tire pressure in the back left tire. Also, the doors would not latch on the truck so there was a constant message on the dash that said the doors were open. Due to the notifications on the dash I could not see my mileage that I used.

Temi DLocation billed me for an extra day without contacting customer to verify when trailer was dropped off. I had to take time to provide evidence to prove that I returned the trailer 2 days before they stated I did. App never provided any information about location during after hours dropoff.

Tom BMy only complaint is after putting $30 worth of gas in the uhaul to get it back to where it was before taking it off of the lot I was charged $38 for gas after dropping it off. Nothing was mentioned about having to put gas in it, but I knew that and did the right thing by filing up for the gas that was used during my time with it.
Erin FThe vehicle was muddy and had pet hair all inside the driver and passenger sides. The back was a completely muddy and dirty. I had to put a blanket down to put my mattresses that I was moving. It was fast checkout. The person was nice about encouraging insurance. I was too afraid to pump gas in it at the gas station with it being such a big vehicle. I’m sorry I brought it back without putting 15 in gas to replace the gas. My first time renting a uhaul. I would rent again. Hope next time it’s cleaner inside overall please!

ervin c- Truck was not cleaned out on inside. - Fan/Blower for AC/Heat was inoperative and not caught until after we had the vehicle loaded. I opted to take it anyway (due to timeline and only "fix" was to swap trucks!). 1270 miles with no environmental controls made for a miserable trip.
