I haven't used Uhaul in a few years....Today experience was excellentahhh....The workers were kind...thoughtful to my needs with the truck and the weather made it alll good... Kudos...

CHRISTINA FI’m just upset that I got charged 8.50 for a gas charge when I returned the truck with more gas than what I picked it up with. This is not for the location, it’s for U-Haul in general. I am likely to look into other companies for the future.

William RThere was nothing wrong with the location, but the app and web page are terribly designed. We did not know at the time we needed 2 other people's phone number to verify. You need to tell people this the night before so they can prepare, especially if they are renting very early in the morning. We were on a strict schedule and it was upsetting. Please let people know what to prepare the night before.
