When a customer has to sign in over-the-counter instead of mobile, I think a U-Haul employee should be there because I was kind of confused with doing everything online with a person on the phone, but overall she was great understood and help me every step of the way with the time and getting the key and returning the equipment Very great person I had

I rented a truck which was not ready at the time it was booked I had to help unload the truck from a previous rental in order to get the truck. Once I got the truck I rented it for 6 hours and was charged for 2 days plus additional mileage. Called custom service who advised I would be refunded. I was refunded a partial credit then charged again. The entire process was a disaster.
