The strap on the appliance dolly was nearly cut in half at one of the torque spot. Should be replaced.

dale mI didn’t realize the gas moved off full.. Yet was charged 11.88 for 3 dollars worth of gas. After the initial amount. You couldn’t tell that it has used any gas from the needle having not moved. Otherwise it was a great help.

Willy VI’m so frustrated with Uhaul. I was given hidden charges after I returned my U-Haul. These charges were hidden in my contract and never explained when I checked out. I ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for a tiny Uhaul. I’ll never use them again. So frustrated. Nothing will change either. I plan to tell everyone I can about my poor experience.

WILLIAM FThis location lacks even a minimal level of service. Attendant (Austin) didn't even look at the trailer. He simply instructed me where to go unhitch it myself (which was down the road and around a corner on the side of an unassociated building). I did so and when leaving I still had no drop confirmation. When I called for one he acted as if I was being unreasonable requesting a confirmation that quickly. I've never had to drop 1) without assistance or 2) without a confirmation. I will never use this location again and will share the same with anyone in the El Dorado area any chance I get.
Kenneth KTruck was dirty inside the cab. They never did a walk around with me. The truck has a partially bald tire on the left front and it pulled hard to the left when driving.
ALVIN SI used the virtual check-in process which was a learning experience. Even though I parked next to the UHaul truck I was renting the UHaul online check-in app said I wasn't in the right location. Austin was always available and stopped to assist in getting into the truck. The padlock used to enter the code would get stuck on the 3rd code so it would be great if this could be improved for customers. UHaul could do a better job of cleaning the front exterior of the truck. There were soooo many bugs on the front of the truck, side view mirrors and top part of the mom's attic. I eventually cleaned the windshield of most of the caked-on bugs since when I stopped for gas I made sure to clean the windshield. Inside cabin and storage was clean. Truck ran great during our 1500-mile journey and we arrived safely.

Anastasia PWe picked up the first U-Haul got gas and went to the apartment. The fuel tank was leaking draining gas onto the pavement. We had to return the first U-Haul after we had to sweep it out because there was hay and dirt all over the cargo area. We picked up the second Truck and it too was filthy dirty in the back of the cargo area and we had to sweep it out.The actual office building at this location was very clean. The customer service was very good.

BETTY AThe drop off location was at an adjacent location and on the side of another building. Austin was very helpful in providing detail directions and guidance over the phone.
Tony LThe only problem is that the tongue on the trailer is so heavy it is hard to lift. I would suggest that you consider putting a lift on the trailer to help raise and lower it.

Alan BI had a reservation and they didn’t have it when I showed up, then had to get a smaller truck. It took longer because of this. Also, uhaul provided me with a company to help move, who didn’t show up or contact me and wouldn’t answer my phone call. I finally got ahold of them when they were scheduled to be finished and they said they were on their way and it would be about 30 minutes. Very frustrating. Terrible experience.

Guy RHe charged me $25 for a chip in the cab. Claimed we did not sweep out the back which was not true. We also folded blankets and returned with extra gas and 2 hours ahead of schedule.
Holly KYou advertise $19.99 in town but we paid $61.00. Twice. I'll never rent from u-haul again. I hate being cheated. I'm telling everyone not to rent from u-haul coz $19.99 is a lie.

I have always used Uhaul but never again. Very disappointed in how your company handle my situation and will not be recommending it to my family, friends and clients.
