This was NOT the location at which we had reserved the truck. We were contacted the day before pickup that the location near us would not have the truck for us and we would have to drive an hour out of our way to Vermillion to get the truck we reserved. What was the purpose of the reservation??? It will be difficult for me to recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Now let's talk about the U Haul location at 1436 Main AVE, Fargo ND. This is the location I was told to pick up my truck. I've never been treated so poorly and with complete devoid of respect for customers. After this experience I will NOT be recommending U Haul to anyone!!!! I am a GM of a $39 Mill company and if any of my employees ever treated customers like this, they would be instantly terminated.

Over a month to arrive at destination from Florida to South Dakota. At times no one could even tell me where it was. Four days late to destination. First time using Uhaul for shipping and last time. Have used your trailers and trucks in the past and no problems.

I think it is terrible of you to charge $3.25/gal of gas. Talk about shitty gouging you charged $.99/mile and you had to over double charge for gas?? Gas is currently $1.39/gal

The guy at the Vermillion location was great. The first place I went to in Bersford was horrible. I specifically asked someone be there at 10 to help me hook up the trailer and there was no one. In addition he didn't even offer to assist or help. He was a lazy mother ducker. Not even an apology. His English was horrible so I'm sure that had something to do with it. I would not recommend anyone using that location in Beresford.

I did note a crack in the windshield after all the snow had melted and after I had left. It appeared it may have been filled but I was not sure. I notified Scott as it appeared to have started to splinter. Scott was very appreciative of the information and was easy to work with. Would highly recommend U-Haul in the future.

I have nothing good to say about your customer service while I was traveling..., I had an issue with the truck and received no assistance from the U-Haul dealership or the personnel... we had to wait in the heat for way over 2 hours.... not happy.... we didn't get any thing done with the truck so we worried for 2 days about the fact we could break down anytime Lynda Penniston

We originally had a trailer reserved at Yankton. When we went to get it, they didn't have it. They sent us across town at a different location to look for one. We are not familiar with Yankton. We were there visiting. The manager and other employee found a trailer in Vermillion and refused to get it and bring to Yankton. We ended up driving an additional 60 miles to pick it up ourselves. I think the worse part was the rude attitude of the employee. He really didn't care and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. The Vermillion person was super helpful!!

It was returned on a Sunday so everything was done with the return using a smart phone. It was an extremely simple and very efficient process. The move went great and the text updates throughout the process were very helpful. Thanks Uhaul!

U-Haul needs to develop a process for status updates. When our U-Boxes left Vermillion, we received no paperwork, or bills of lading, posted to our online account. We did not know the status of our boxes until the destination location called us. For all we knew, they could have gone anywhere. Otherwise, the service and staff were excellent.
