This location and the counter person was awesome, efficient, and respectful. My only issue was that my original pick up location was changed by U-Haul. So I had to travel an additional 20 minutes to pick up and drop off the truck, this is on U-Haul and not the location. Felt like I was played by U-Haul to pay additional travel km charges….Just food for thought. Thanks, S
Shahir DDear U-Haul Customer Service, I’d like to share feedback regarding my recent rental experience. While my pickup experience at Exo Mart (9557 120 St Unit 109) was excellent, the overall process with U-Haul was unfortunately very frustrating. I had reserved a 10’ truck along with an appliance dolly and moving blankets at a location close to my home. However, due to logistics issues, my reservation was transferred to a location in Surrey. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was surprised to find that some of the reserved items were not available. I was then directed to another U-Haul location on King George Boulevard, where I was told over the phone that the missing items were in stock. I immediately drove there and confirmed I was en route, only to be told upon arrival that the items were not available after all. This miscommunication and the delays caused additional costs, as I had already contracted help for the move based on the original timing and equipment I had reserved. I strongly recommend that U-Haul update the booking system to reflect real-time inventory per location. Being able to reserve items that aren’t actually available leads to unnecessary stress and cost. The appliance dolly and moving blankets were just as essential as the truck itself. Evaldo DThe location which i picked up from was not my actual location given to me when i booked. It was the worst experience ever. Had to travel to different location then also had to return truck early despite getting the truck an hour late. This was ridiculous, I want to get compensated for inconvenience. Worst experience one could ever have in order to get a truck despite booking almost 2 weeks before.
Arshdeep BHorrible experience. My reservation was rebooked on the day that I was moving. Outbound agent/CSR was rude with zero patience as he rushes the transaction and expects me to know how uhaul operates. Exo Mart staff, however, were nice and knowledgeable.

Khaled BI booked truck 24/7at 8 am and on website it says you just need mobile to pickup thectruck. But when i reached by 7.30am at the location and tried to pick truck it said wait till 10.am. very frustrating experience.
Priyank SEvery thing was great , only the local phone customer service lady was very rude and when I asked if you have another location that have the same van other than the one she suggested to me because that location was way further than my place, she replied maybe i should try another rental company, she didn’t bother to look . I later called and another customer service representative found the location close to me
