The drop off location would NOT accept the trailer because they said they were no longer affiliated or doing business with U-Haul. I found another dealer nearby to accept the trailer and I tried to reserve a trailer for the ride home. I paid $180.00 for the trip up and was quoted at $1200.00 for the travel back. Yes, $1200.00!!! The DEFINITION OF PRICE GOUGING!! I will be leaving this review on every site I can as well as the BBB!Thomas J.

Always leave gas tank full incase there is no fuel station to customer's destination. Attendant at location was courteous, experienced and very professional. I recommend him for any awards.ALBIB E.

After booking a 20 foot truck 3 weeks before needing it, found out the day before move we were not getting a 20 foot truck but a 15 foot truck at a location another 10 miles away from original pick up. It took 2 trips instead of 1 but we got it done. Never again!!!!! We will be using enterprise or budget next time.Ken K.

Nothing to do with this location in particular. My overall experience with uhaul was less than ideal. I made a reservation for the location that is about 1 mile from my house to keep my mileage low. I called the location and said â€œyou are closed on Sunday, so is this going to still work outâ€. I was assured it would. I was called by uhaul the day before my move and was told that truck was no longer available to me because the location was closed on sundays and would not be able to be rekeyed. The location they were now sending me to (this one listed here), is 12.5 miles from my home - adding 25 miles to my overall mileage and a half hour to my travel time. I called back and the woman I spoke to was very rude but did offer to lower the mileage rate down to 79c... but only after major attitude and abruptly putting me on hold. I told her this wasn't good enough because it would still equate to $20ish more for me, and time. I said I would be looking for other arrangements. I hung up and began to restart my research but was unable to find something affordable and available with less than 24 hours notice. I called back and spoke with Cody, who was much more understanding of the situation. He took the time so do some math to figure out what I would have paid had I been able to pick up in at the original location and adjusted the cost of the truck mileage to reflect that. On the day of pickup, the app kept losing connection. Maybe this location needs a stronger signal? Lots of hoops to jump through with the app as well. Not very user friendly. Needed a third person to verify my identify? Strange. The truck was fine. Worked. Overall: bad customer service followed by decent human being customer service followed by lousy app interface. The price is the best around though so I guess you get what you pay for.Brian S.

Be more in tune with u-haul. Felt like I was not at a u-haul and it was a bother to have to help me. The app was horrendous. Customer service at 800 # didn't do anything they assured. Very bad experience this timeDAWN M.

I was originally supposed to drop the trailer at 700 Challenger Way, Forked River, NJ. This company was open by appointment only, where their web site said they were open 8-3 on Saturdays. They knew I was dropping the trailer at their location but did not call to find out when. They have "zero" customer service, and need their u-haul licenses removed! Experienced Automotive is outstanding! I have dropped off two u-haul trailers there and they know what customer service is. They help back the trailer into spot, they disconnect the trailer and then tell me the details of how I will receive the receipt via email. Outstanding customer service! I can always depend on them. From now on, I will only use Experienced Automotive! Great job Experienced Automotive!!!Carl P.

WI FI not strong enough so I had to go in and get the paperwork the clerk was not wearing a mask although a box was sitting on the counter. The vehicle had an uncomfortable odor of cigarettes even with a no smoking sticker....... very poorGAYE S.

Upon dropping off truck I was told there was going to be a $6 and change charge for fuel. I filled the tank less than a 1/4 mile from the drop off point so there is no way I should owe any more money for fuel. Seemed like a way to add 2% to the cost to me.Matt M.

Be upfront about the ACTUAL cost instead of advertising $19.95 then charging $62 and then without even saying a word when I was handed the keys my credit card was charged $120. Then how about when the truck gets dropped off you don't take another $91 for no reason. Don't advertise $19.95 when the actual price fir 24 hours with a 10' is closer to $300!!!Shaughn T.
The location and vendor is a 10 out 5 stars. The Uhaul app for android does not work to electronically check in or out. It simply wont load anything when I click the links. Using the Uhaul website works fine to check in/out, thank goodness.jason P.
