Everything went very well. The photo app to take pictures of the vehicle could be more user friendly.

ALVIN WNo one at location. Only truck was blocked by cars. Called and was transferred 4 times before someone sent us to another location that had trucks available. Wasted 2 hours of a day planned to move.

Tammy DThe service person told me there were no blankets at that location. She told me to go to a hual location to get the blankets I ordered. The bed of the truck had mud or something else that was nasty. The cup holders were sticky with spilled drinks.
ALAN KKeep doing what you’re doing. Though the drop off was closed on Sunday so the keys were dropped off in the lock box. The location was clean neat and a great looking location representing U-Haul.

TIANA ETruck was not “clean” as stated it should be. Didn’t matter really for our intended moving purposes. Transmission s are med to be slightly slipping as we approached home.

Stephany DI was never given a code, so it took an hour into my moving time to get the keys and I was charged for the full six hours when I only got five hours. The girl working the counter was nice and helpful after all the confusion.

Trevor BThe manager was rude upon checking out. Treated me as An invisible person. As he only customer there, She told me wait until she finished closing out or I could go home and use the app myself. I said no problem until I realized that she made me somshe could clean out the bathroom. The phone rang and she proceeded to help the clients on the phone rather than simply check me out. I felt she was a bit racist and told her how it was unprofessional to have ,me wait to clean toilets and help other clients before me as I waited, She raised her voice and needs customer service training.
Samuel JThe check engine light was on when i picked it up. The brakes seemed poor. And i opted for contactless pickup and drop off but that location only has keys at their front desk. I had to go during their business hours. What's the point of contactless if you have to have contact with people anyway?

PAUL JI Had a hard time finding the office, there was no sign indicating were to go. I walked over in the back were there was a tire shop. I hand in the key to the truck and the lady told me that they would check it later and send me a text/email. I was not comfortable with leaving without a printout of my receipt for the rental, So I waited for the Girl to check the truck which, she claimed had an issue with a broken parking brake, which I did not notice was already broken before I got the truck from the rental place and had no pictures to prove it. Apparently it was not marked in the paperwork. When I got my receipt for the rental 1-2 days later it was different from What I initially set up, because I was charge for one way long distance rate versus if I had to return the truck back to the same place I originally got it from, I had to call customer service to resolve the issue.

Dillon CThe truck had garbage from previous renter .. cleaned it up myself so they wouldn't think it was mine .. also the headlight is out .. was scared to drive past dark .. Took me 3 days to complete instead of 2.!! Tried using app for pick up and drop off .. App not available or took me to another website..! NOT impressed at all ..! The only plus was the location ..!! Says they charge $20 to check it in for you. i think that's a scam.. !!!! OBVIOUSLY it wasn't check in properly before me ..!!!

RACHEL RI returned the truck to this location at night so visibility was limited.
KEVIN MUHaul themselves (I had to deal with customer service), was good and helpful, this location though was not. My truck was not ready, wasn't even checked in from the night before and couldn't be released to me until it was checked in which no one on site was able to do. The person working on getting the truck ready for me was rude and specifically said, "I don't work for U-Haul, U-Haul doesn't pay me to do this, and I personally don't like U-Haul." While these things may be true, Expert Car Care is still providing rental services and the customer service received in renting a truck should still be acceptable and satisfactory. If it's not going to be, then don't provide the service. It took just under 40 mins for me to be able to leave the property from my scheduled appointment time.
