i rented and paid for a dolly and it was not in the truck and when i called to get a refund i was not able to speak to no one to get the refund
angelica e- Improve mobile app. It was very frustrating having to repeat entries because it would not take the first set of responses. - back cargo had alot of dust from construction work. - Location had limited parking spaces and it was difficult to find a parking spot when I returned the truck. - disappointed that this truck was not available for pick-up at my original reservation site.
