If not for a few trailers sitting along side a shopping center lot I would not have known where the place was located. I arrived after hours so there were no personnel on site to rate.

The individual who normally handled drop off was not present, but other personnel were able to make calls and complete the process
David RNothing to suggest about the pickup location. Everything went well with the process. Rep was very helpful getting me hooked up. Only complaint I have about the trailer is the lack of a tongue jack. It is heavy enough empty but brutal to lift when loaded. I noticed that none I saw have jacks. Uhaul must have a reason?
