Nothing to suggest about the pickup location. Everything went well with the process. Rep was very helpful getting me hooked up. Only complaint I have about the trailer is the lack of a tongue jack. It is heavy enough empty but brutal to lift when loaded. I noticed that none I saw have jacks. Uhaul must have a reason?
