Keith EI originally reserved a truck at a location near my move but U-Haul changed the location two times before the pick up date. They ended up changing it to somewhere that took quite a ride from my place. And the pick up location was at a gas station and it was quite a challenge to process the pick up online. For some reason the UI of the website doesn't work when we tried to process the pick up. When we called the customer service for help it took about 1h30 mins to get someone who could help us.
Kyle MNo cell phone service to do online app and the workers at building of gas station said that the uhaul “manager” doesn’t give out his cell phone number so there is no way of contacting him. I left my number and information and he never reached out. Very poor service and disappointed. Even when I left my information the gas station worker said he more than likely will not reach out.

Troy SI have rented uhaul in the past and this place was full price for 6 hours, I guessed the milage and he charged me 74.00 for 20 miles and this was not adjusted. When I returned it that evening the clerk had no idea about the rentals, so my daughter used the app and we dropped off the key in the box. I have always gotten the trucks for 24 hours locally not here. I won't use them again. Sue Hepburn
Sue HThis location did just fine. It was all of the problems leading up to why I had to go to this location that were the issue.
Benjamin WThis is a convenience store and no one was there to help with picking up the truck and doing the documentation. Had to do it online with the cell phone and this area only had one to two bars. Took approximately an hour to work through all the documentation on line. The lady on the phone was very helpful, but not being able to see my phone screen (obviously), it was sometimes difficult for her to convey what I needed to do in order to complete the process. Oh for the days when all I had to do was fill in a few blanks on the paperwork and sign.
