My pick up time was at 9:30 I get there and there no one at the office till after 10. On top of no o e being there when someone shows up there RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, the truck or the equipment was not ready or available, they .are you feeling like your inconvenience them on top of the rudeness. Also they where told I would being paying cash when I returned the truck they billed my card before the truck was even RETURNED.Had all wrong INFO and billed over the amount it was. Now I have to call U Haul to get my mo ey returned due to being over billed and they REFUSED to give me a RECEIPT.
