Robert LIn the last five years I have used UHaul four times. The service location service has always been good, but the reservation system has always been flawed. This last time, even after making the reservation a month in advance, the truck was not available at the requested location. One time I had to drive over 100 miles to get a truck. U-Haul sucks, never again.

Christopher CThe hooks on your equipment are too large to fit through the towing bracket on a 2017 GMC 3/4 pick-up (I imagine this is true on other trucks). The chain fits through the holes, no problem, it’s just the hooks are too large.
Michael MSamantha is very easy to work with. She provides the best customer service! I realize some U-Haul locations are conjoined to other businesses. It was nice to know they took on being a U-Haul location to provide services in rural Idaho. I’ve seen some negative comments and those seem to be out of the control of Samantha. I hope people understand she does her best and has no control what the U-Haul website shows. We will definitely recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks Samantha for being the best!!

Kenneth SAdd lighting where equipment is parked. It is very dark and difficult to see to unhook/hookup equipment without flashlights.
STEVEN EThey were “closed” for over a week without warning to anyone including other Uhaul locations. I was then told by someone in the auto business office (that this uhaul location does business out of) that I needed to take it to White Bird instead (another 25 minutes south). That was not an option. I called SCI location and they gave me the number for the district supervisor… I had great luck with Sam (I believe that is her name) who walked me through sending her photos of the trailer dropped off at the correct location and she went ahead and returned it for me. She is AWESOME!
aminta nVery polite at both locations in Grangeville Idaho and Airway Heights Wa. I do wish there were closer drop off locations to where I moved, but that is a me issue. Lol The gentleman in Airway Heights was very polite and professional. As was the young lady in Grangeville. I was impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you

Darrell BI rented the 10' truck. The bed is high enough that a ramp is needed for heavy items. It is NOT provided. Also, the gas reading was incorrect, 5/8 actual vs 3/4 stated, so I had to fill more than I used.

John SNo one was at this location; the mobile app process did not work. U haul failed to follow up with me. It took another week of chats and phone calls to complete the drop—off—very disappointing.
Ray RI was told at rental time in Moscow that I would be able to return the equipment in the area to which I was traveling. Upon calling the number on the contract to get the location for return, I was told there wasn't a return available in the area, and I would need to return to a location about 90 miles away! I protested strongly, as there are indeed two U-Haul locations in my local area, but I was told they weren't available. I was also told of another location that was about 30 miles from me where I could return. Again, I protested, and asked for a supervisor. Of course, I was told that the supervisor was "at lunch", and would call me back in an hour. There was no attempt to call me back at all. After calling Extreme Auto Repair (a local U-Haul facility), I was told there would be no problem accepting the equipment return at their location, about 10 miles from me, and this is what I did. This sure seemed to me to be U-Haul trying to get the customer to foot the bill for returning to a U-Haul desired location, and not a customer convenient location. If this is the shenanigans at work here, bad show U-Haul. Money trumps customer service and convenience? You can do better, as you have in the past.

JARED EIf you rent in Grangeville ID go to these guys at Extreme Auto, superb customer service! DO NOT go to prairie rental, that guy was horridly rude!
