Not sure if it was the system or what, but I had to call a rep to figure out the code for the lock on the truck and return instructions weren’t clear so I left it the way I found it with the key in the back

I can get a month's free storage but have to be there and subject to availability. I can understand the availability issue but I sure can understand why I can't book going online if it's available and give them a credit card why I have to be there in person?
