I had a bit of a rough time when I lost my card and had to order a new one. The customer service representative wasn’t very helpful when explaining the mileage I went over and the pricing. They were also rude when they handed me the phone and spoke in other languages, even though both of us were speaking English. It made me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t give me a clear explanation of why they would take the key or where the drop box is located. Instead, they told me to bring it with me until I pay, but I have to wait until I can get to the bank to get a new card.

As this is a gas station and I made my reservation on the uhaul app every time someone came into the store the clerk stopped working with me and went to service the other people, this occurred about 3 separate times. Also I ordered a furniture dolly which this location didn't have so I ended up driving an hour round trip to get it. I've used uhaul several times but this wasn't good for me.
