It's not an ExxonMobil is mobile and there is no address posted to find it. Very frustrating. Person working had no idea how to return and when he called the person in charge they didn't answer. Ended up doing s return thru the app and have no idea of it worked or not.
SHELLI WDrop off was very easy. Not a typical U-Haul location but process couldn't have been easier; Just unhooked trailer can call in the drop off was complete.
CHARLES BThe truck had obvious body damage on the right front fender that caused the tire to rub when making sharp turns. I was able to remove enough wheel well plastic liner to allow the tire free rotation.
Doug ROK first,the location is good and the owner was friendly a quick to help with dropping off the trailer. However absolutely!! needs some type of security around the area lighting, cameras, etc just to at least seem to show a bit of security as well as the tripods to put under the trailer hitch.Again was clean, helpful ,easily accessible not muddy just needs some some help with some Signs to advertise an believe can be a real asset to your fine company.Thank You Tony

Benny BReally loved the efficiency of your web site and app. On the improvement side, three suggestions. 1) if the customer is expected to execute the return via the app, the agent (local agent, not phone agent) should highlight that they will have to execute the return on the APP, NOT just underline it on the contract. Agent should make a BIG point of that requirement. 2) The receiving agent ( this was a gas station location) should be trained to answer the question correctly "I've parked in the back as you said, is there anything else I need to do?" The answer was obviously yes - execute the return on the app. Not what I got. Her answer was " No, you are good". 3) I've written and architected software for over 40 years now and have to saw your web site site is excellent, however the app needs a little polishing. Two specific places is the return process. There is no obvious place to execute the return, ie, click button to return. I had to call central to find out that I had to actually log in (I didn't have an account and didn't want to have to set one up). Agent explained that I had to use the phone number I used on the contract to sign in with. Again, not obvious, but worked smoothly once I understood. Second area involves pictures in the return process. This gas station location was remote and cell service was spotty at best and Wi-Fi non-existent. So upload the pictures took me about 20 extra minutes of wait time while they uploaded. Maybe those pictures could be buffered on the phone for when signal is better and complete the process immediately for the customer so they can leave and not have to wait, just something to expedite this process. Not safe to assume all cell service with be at 4 bars!!! These are NOT COMPLAINTS, merely suggestions for improvement in the process flow. Over all I very much liked the efficiency and accuracy of this process and I will definitely be using the service again. Well done!!!

Scott CThe drop of location had no clue. Had to call another location 3 miles down the road to help us in returning the equipment. Would not recommend this location for pickup or dropoff.
