Go back to having uhaul stores with real people working there. And your website or app SHOULD NOT allow you to reserve something that isn't available at that location. YOU TOOK MONEY FROM ME FOR ITEMS I DID NOT GET TO USE! That is bad business!!! Checking in and out on your App is a complete pain in the ass. Go back to hiring actual people who can answer your questions. I tried to call customer service at the moment I was picking up the uhaul and the wait time was "61" minutes to tell them that the location did not have what I reserved. I tried to call customer service AGAIN the following day when I returned the truck and the hold time was 56 minutes. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL and bad bad business. I dont care where I move to, I will NEVER rent from uhaul again! Inconvenient and an awful experience!! Keep in mind, when families are moving, they are busy, stressed out people. Tha last thing they need is to rent a truck "FROM AN APP" that doesn't work, and no access to a human to help trouble shoot problems. My hold time to the 24/7 app people was 43 minutes WHILE SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT waiting to get the key for the stupid truck. Awful! Awful all the way around. Never again!Chandra R.
We had to wait for over an hour to pick up the rental because the girl couldn't find to key to the truck that was sitting on the counter the whole time. The I was on hold with customer service for an hour before I hung up with no help. Finally got someone online with chat.ALYSSA G.
I reserved the truck on May 28 to pickup the truck at 8am at 1290 Pleasant Hill rd in Lawrenceville GA on the12th of June going to Ellenwood GA one way. When I went to pick up the truck none was available. So they sent me to Loganville GA to pickup the truck I needed and gave me 50 miles, which I appreciate. Yet, this placed me and my family out of time. I had to add extra gas to my car and the truck because it's further from where I was moving to, and it costs 3 extra hours out my planned schedule. We missed the refrigerator delivery and by time we got the truck unloaded we had to add an extra day. This is unacceptable!Samuel B.
The location was not prepared for the issues that we came across when picking up the truck. We checked out online, but apparently the information wasn't tracked all the way through in the system. The person working was not able to see that we had checked out and the devices she used were not working in order to try and help us. Our check in time was 11 am and we arrived 10 minutes before. We did not leave the store until after 12 pm.Joshua S.
Both of the cashiers have any ideas on the renting process. They both took about 1 hour each to pickup and drop-off process. It was horrible and regret why I use this location. Both of them have to make few call to another person that walked them through the process.Jesse H.
They didn't know how to start the rental and took forever even after I've been sent to 2 other locations and no one was at the locations! Cause me to miss my appointment and had to reschedule and come all the way back up from a 2 and a half four trip!Gilbert D.

I went thru hell to get this truck. I reserved my truck in Tucker ga. I went to pick it up only to find that the previous renter dropped it at the jimmy carter location. I went to that location and was told it wasn't there. I was sent to a location in Atlanta only to find it doesn't exist. 3 hours later, the location in Snellville found me a truck in Loganville. I will not be renting from you againJeannie V.
This was an easy pick up and return. Since the location is at a gas station, I could easily replace the gas before turning it in. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Danella P.

This location was new to renting Uhaul. Not organized or familiar with procedures. They overcharged me when I said something I was told it was right. Not my first choice in a rental locationPaula L.
