When I went there the person behind the counter had no knowledge/ability to effectuate the rental. She had to call someone, who did not answer her phone. So I had to call customer service, which led to a process/comedy of errors that took 45 minutes just so I could drive away with the vehicle that I had rented. It was a very frustrating experience and a terrible start to my day.

The bed of the truck was filthy. It says you can be charged if the trucks left dirty but then it's not cleaned for the next client. I also was missing the furniture dolly and instead found a utility dolly which wasn't of any use to me. So locations need to double check vehicles

They overcharged me. Almost double charged me. I called to get this resolved and they gave me the number to reach Dave. Dave has not answered the phone or called me back. My bill was $120 and they charged me over $200 and now they are avoiding me instead of even trying to resolve the issue. Absolutely terrible

My rental was not available when I first showed up. Had to call for assistance and then go and talk to someone on the phone to get the van. Took an extra hour and half.

Despite Uhaul letting you book, this is not a 24/7 pickup location (no lockbox or after hours Dropbox). But it isn't a big issue, their hours are a bit longer than listed, and no issues. This location is super efficient, very quick pickup and drop off. No formal walkaround, but everything is accurate on both ends, and I've been through multiple Uhual billing/reporting issues at another location. This is my new go-to location.

very good morning I have a recommendation in the end it was very expensive because it was 19.99 for 4 hours I only spent 9 miles because it was all right there and the cost 30 for sure couldn't be 88.85 plus 2.58 I don't know why they charged me Feedback

Incorrect mileage (MI Out) on contract caused me to be charged for 80 miles that I did not drive. I was never asked to confirm the mileage, and the mobile version of the contract was too small to read anyway. In retrospect, I should have confirmed with the staff, but I didn't think that was my responsibility and trusted that the location would have the correct mileage. Too bad, because otherwise the location was good and the staff were friendly.

Terrific service; van was gassed and ready to go when I got there. Only a couple of minutes of paperwork and I was on my way. When I returned the van, they took charge of it for me and parked it and I was back on the road home. Would definitely recommend using them again.

There seem to be confusion about the process. The clerk had to call U-Haul and put me on the phone with them. It was a little strange.

Did not deal with the person from UHaul< only a station attendant. gave us the truck with less than 1/4 of a tank . told us to "RETURN IT THE SAME WAY" after they charged us the mileage both ways? So we needed to fill it and than put more gas in it on the way back from south JERSEY! We asked if the refund for the full tank of fuel or credit some how, "NO!" I would recommend ,Penske, Ryder or Home depot before Uhaul

When you rent a utility item at this location like a hand truck it does not let you know that they don't carry them there so you do not realize that you can only get the truck at this location until you are there. A big pain

We were supposed to pick up at 730am, we even stopped the day before knowing we were on a tight schedule to verify pick up. The gentleman said no problem you can come a few minutes early to do the paperwork. Show up at 710am and he wasn’t there. The girl working had no idea what to do she keep calling him but no answer. Someone else came also looking for their rental. At 745 she spoke with someone and all they did was take a pic of my license and handed me the keys! Like really no paperwork no walk around the truck to look for damage. Took a video before we left to document the condition of the truck. When we came back he still wasn’t there and they just wanted the keys. Said we would get and email of the charges. Awful customer service we almost missed out moving help due to their BS! Honestly go somewhere else!

I reserved blankets, Dollie’s , hand-trucks, but all I got was a dirty truck with no supplies I reserved.

Check in was good but very comprehensive (expect to spend 15-30min). I opted for mobile pickup/dropoff and had to take pictures of myself, license, verify using a different person, etc. Once I was approved though, I still had to come inside to get the key and verify with the gas attendant - which defeats the purpose of a 'self-checkout'. But other than that, the vehicle was in good shape and got the job done for us.
