The truck was given to me with 20 miles until empty, basically with no gas
Justin MFix and improve H-Haul apps! It simply did not function as it supposed to. I could not pickup the truck using apps. I count not drop off the truck using the apps! Wasted my valuable times.
Daesung LSystem did not recognize that i sent all of my info. No help available at 8am The hand truck and dolly was not on the truck the only blankets were sealed

STEPHEN JAC in the truck didn’t work! It took me 20 min hold to return the truck due to technical issues.
MORDECHAI fThe location was fine was U-Haul itself messed up my rental and I had to try to figure it out for over 2 hours on a moving day. I kept getting transferred to different people and going in circles. It seemed like no one actually wanted to help. And this was all after I called to confirm everything was set the day prior. The customer service was horrible and they need to update their system so it doesn’t just cancel people’s reservations. Also being put on hold for 20-30 minutes multiple times on a day I was moving and had a very tight schedule was not okay.
