I want a refund!! That was the worst customer service I’ve ever had from uhaul and I’ve been renting from uhaul for years. I’m so mad! I need someone to call me!! I want a refund!! 😡

Use the correct billing information and email address. I told the sales clerk to used a different email to send my receipt, he claim he couldn't change the info. That's odd because the info I selected at time of reservation was not used when I picked up the truck and sales clerk could not print copy of receipt because he didn't have copier paper!!!
Wanda ROnly issue I took a long time to check in because employee did not know how and had to call someone he was very apologetic about it but it definitely took way to long I had just rented from there 3 weeks ago and it was smooth quick and easy also had an issue checking back In
Tianna W$1/mile not advertised anywhere, says its location specific. Would not reccomend. Also, thats a joke unless you want to include gas in the price. Rip off..
Jonathan DI returned the gas back to where it was and they played me and said it wasn’t and charged me an additional $50 for 2 gallons
