To start, the pick up process took almost an hour from the time I arrived. No one at the location knew how to do the paperwork. Once I received the key to the truck and started going over it I found it had been smoked in, tobacco and marijuana, there was loose tobacco all over the floor and ash in the cup holders. It smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. I had to purchase some spray to neutralize the smell. And the back was dirty from previous customers. Also the mileage was over what was in the system. The engine ran rough as well. I would like to speak to someone, not associated with this location, about this rental please.
Kenneth FTruck was dirty when I picked it up. He didn't do pre-pick up inspection. I was charged for a 20 foot truck when I rented a 15 foot truck and the check engine light came on during my return trip causing a lot of stress. Very very poor experience.

ROWENNA BThe register clerk's operator's UHaul app was not working. Even calling his manager did not find a solution. I had to call customer service on my own to switch the pick up to mobile pickup. The pickup location was also switched the night before. The furniture pads were missing from my reservation.

I received and automated text my reservation was moved to their location which was another inconvenience. My drop off location was moved twice as well. There was also noone to assist with the connection of the trailer
