The representative of U haul was a stupid person. He charged me twice and then I complained and returned a one time payment. He acted as a thief. When I was trying to return U haul in Fredericksburg VA, the guy told me stupidly that we are not returning u haul, and told me drive back to Philadelphia PA. After long discussion, he agreed to drop off and return the U-Haul here. I will never recommend the fucking U-Haul to any one! Having worse and frustrated experience with U haul. Fuck!!!!!

STEPHEN MI was over charged for the services. Gave me an empty tank and I had to put money in for gas was supposed to get credited about 20 bucks instead got credit 6. Won't be using there services not worth it.
