I PAID FOR PADS NOT THERE
Patrick BI got the truck with a little less than 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with the exact same amount of fuel as when I got it and got charged an extra $67.00 for gas costs. Ridiculous! And I contacted U-Haul and have heard nothing back yet
Steven WThe assigned vehicle was parked behind the building next to broken down and damaged vehicles. While two other u-hauls (20’ & van) were parked in the front. The u-haul vehicle that was assigned to me did not have a hand truck in the back. And most troubling was the gas gage was on empty when I picked the truck up and I had to fill it before leaving the pickup location. How to improve; have all vehicles parked in the same location in the front, and make sure that all vehicles have a hand truck in the back. Also, make sure that all vehicles that are going to be used have at least a 1/4 tank of gas to start off with.
Jillian VThe person that took care of me in the beginning was busy with other things. did not have the blankets I needed and was going to give me one that was frozen in the snow. Then he found 3 and I was charged for 5 that is not right. When returning the van the guy at night was good he was busy with the gas pumping and other business but he did make sure the van was ok and was nice.
Glenn JI complained that the back door didn't work properly. The left cable was broken which wouldnt allow you to open the back rolling door without two people and a crowbar. I should receive some type of adjustment for this problem, I discussed it when I returned the truck and nothing was done about it.

Jeff KWhen I arrived to get my rental truck is was never cleaned off of the snow and ice that we had 5 days ago. Also when I arrived at my house and opened the bed of the truck it was completely dirty with potting soil, so I not only had to sit and wait 30mins for the ice to melt on the windshield and clean off the windshield of the snow as well, I had to clean the bed from all the dirt.

Jerzy GYou guy's shouldn't put a crazy hold on people's cards. I used the van only for 4 hours drove no more than 19 miles if that. You guys charged me 144 dollars when the van was only 20 for the day in town which I did and my total bill was only like 62 dollars. Put a hold more than double money for what? Wouldn't recommend unless people have the money. Now and days is tough for people living pay check by pay check. Finally got money saved to move in a place got everything hooked up just needed food and got shut down because of you guys and you're stupid hold. Thanks for making me starve for a few days much appreciate

WILLIAM AGuys working at the gas station were wonderful and super helpful to me when I showed up and the system was down. They got me into the truck within a few minutes and helped check it back in when I returned it. Very much going to use this location again!

My wife and I reserved online and had already gotten the quote, but when we got there, he started a new quote from scratch on his phone and we got a higher price. We couldn't understand why he did a new one, but we needed the truck.

Edward FYour charges for a two day rental was expensive. The driver and passenger doors were difficult to close. The window seals are defective. It was so noisy when windows are rolled up. To eliminate the noise you have to roll down just a bit. Even for convenience your prices are still too high.

JUSTIN WThey forgot to put the dolly I ordered in the truck. I had to drive 40 miles back to pick it up and I was still charged for all those miles that they made me drive due to their mistake. I was given the truck at less than a quarter tank and I returned it with the same amount it was given to me at but he argued it was at a quarter so I was forced to pump an extra $10 of gas to not be charged a fee. I would not recommend this location at all, Not professional!!

john mi booked at one location which was near my house then it was moved two time [both time further away from my house], i had a 5am pickup then when i got there they were closed i tried to get the key location through the App but this site does not offer that service. after calling i was told this had to wait 2 hours for them to open at 810am . inside of the truck was dirty.

Mark DTo improve website to shorten lease procedure. Employee was doing the best he could to get the all the info into the website but it took 1/2 to complete. Even then he could not get a confirmation it was complete. He called in and he was told site has been going down intermittantly all morning. Vehicle condition was flawless got what I needed completed very easily Thank You
