I wouldn't recommend that location to a dog, I almost got in a fight with the Asian guy, calling me b words because I couldn't park the truck in the back because it's bunch of ragged cars in the back and I told him I didn't want hit anything he started cussing me out, when I picked up the truck same thing black lady was rude, talking to me crazy, that gas station ain't nothing but a bunch of druggies lady outside asking for cigarettes, it's terrible never to close it down worse experience every. And the truck was ragged making noise and shaking.

They charged me for things they weren’t suppose to and when I inquired about the charges told me that I wasn’t the authorized user ..I actually booked it and used my credit card to book it that makes me an autherized user.

The representatives do not check the uhauls before and after every trip . If you choose the Exxon location on Okd Dixie Hwy in Forest Park just make sure to take plenty of pictures of the truck itself inside and out and take pictures of the mileage and fuel before and after your trip to secure yourself

The guy that works the store is unprofessional

I was overcharged 150% more than original payment for miles I didn’t use as well as for the drop off. I was told nothing could be done about it. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all

I never got a receipt I had to go through a lot just to get the file closed it was the worst experience ever

When you in person check back in your equipment that they close you out right then. Because I had a charge for over night in which I did not have the equipment overnight I returned it before the allotted time for it to be returned.
