Have better rate 99 cents a mile is pretty expensive for in town especially when truck drivers Max get paid $0.59 a mile other than that decent experience the truck I was using needed an alignment but ran pretty great will use Easy Money Auto to get a U-Haul again great experience I do like that placeDavid H.

The lady there over charged me for an extra day when I didn't ask for it in my original reservation. I was furious to see she over charged me but later when I called the regional corporate #, they fixed the issue right away. Overall I'd recommend U-Haul to a friend but I wouldn't recommend tag specific location.Jorge C.

Uhaul truck was filthy not clean when I got there. had animal food in back the front smelled so bad from animal urine it was every where the detail guy had to clean it and also couldn't bare the smell. I waited for about an hour and half there For it to be cleaned out. They had days from it to be clean knowing I reserved ahead of time. I wasn't impressed at all had to leave windows down to let smell air out. It was so unbearable. I hope you can fix this in the future for other customers. Also, the Uhaul truck shouldn't be left like this I never experienced this before.Melissa B.

Update you hours on you website, google, uhaul and on your front door so when we do a reservation for half an hour before close, it is not actually half an hour after close. They weren't open on Saturday either. I spent half an hour looking up on uhaul how to check in the trailer with nobody present.Eric S.

Make the GPS work for this location. I had to walk around a lot before the uhaul app recognized i was physically at EZ Money. Also, your stupid license picture verification wasn't working even though i sent several clear pictures of my driver's license. Also, this location is very poorly lit at night.Ray R.

We were told by a Uhaul rep to pick-up the truck at 0900, and this location does not open until ten. Luckily a relative of the owners lives next store and saw us and called her sister to come in early to help us get the truck. It too bad the corporate folks don't know the correct hours for their locations. The folks at easy money, were awesome and exceeded all our expectations and came in early to help us. The corporate folks did make things right when our first truck from Ace in Burley, was rented to another person somehow. The corporate folks called my wife and explained and we were given the option of another truck at easy money, but our planned time with the truck would be much shorter. So the corporate person credited our account for our inconvenience and we truly appreciated that. All in all our experience was made right by folks doing the right things when plans changed. Great job on customer service and doing the right thing. This will keep us coming back and make us share the positive experience with others. Thanks U-Haul and a special thanks to Easy Money location for exceedeing expectations and coming in early! Awesome Job!todd R.

Everything went as planned we hauled our product to Rogers AR then turned the trailer in with no issues. Then UHAUL contacted us about a toll road bill that is assessed when we drove on that road. We expected this bill. We took care of this but not without a lot of phone calls and hassels, it would seem that UHAUL general office and the local offices cant get the same information and it is many minutes of wait time just to talk to someone. Now that was finally taken care of and now they say we owe another toll Bill and we have been on hold for 2 hours total to dispute this bill since we do not owe it but UHAUL insists we do 3 months after the date of service. Customer service is simply nonexistent.ed P.

Rented from uhaul 3 times in about a month. Had a bad experience 2 out of the 3 times. Not sure what the disconnect is... irritated that I've been overcharged. I'll only rent from uhual if it's my only option. Didn't use to care until these bad experiences.ben P.
